Ocean Explorer Mail provides a physical, subscription-based service delivering monthly letters to children.
By accessing our website or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscriptions & automatic renewal
- We offer multiple subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription - renews each month
- 12-Month Subscription - renews every 12 months
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle using the payment method on file. All subscriptions run for a maximum of 24 months and will automatically expire after this period. To avoid a renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date.
Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription by clicking on the 'Manage Subscription' link in your upcoming order emails or by logging into your customer portal via our website menu.
2. Cancellations & refund policy
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a multi-month subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to receive the letters remaining for the duration of your pre-paid term. Refunds: Because our products are prepared and dispatched on a rolling schedule, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused portions of a billing cycle once a payment has been processed.

All content included in our monthly packages and on this website—including but not limited to text, illustrations, character designs, educational activities, and branding assets—is the sole intellectual property of Ocean Explorer Mail. You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to enjoy these materials. 5. Limitation of Liability
