Ocean Explorer Mail delivers Australia-wide and internationally to the following regions: USA, Canada, EU, UK, New Zealand.
We ship from the Sunshine Coast, Australia and use standard letter delivery via Australia Post, which means letters are not tracked. All letters are posted in the first week of each month.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free Australia-wide shipping and charge a flat rate of AUD$2.00 per delivery for all international orders.
How long will it take?
Delivery times vary by country and postal service. Current estimated delivery times for select countries:
- Australia: 3-6 business days
- International: 15+ business days (it doesn't always take this long)
Incorrect shipping address
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct and kept up to date in your account dashboard. If an incorrect shipping address was provided, and the parcel was delivered to that address, we are unable to offer refunds. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid this issue.
