What ages is this for?
Ocean Explorer Mail is designed for ages 5–9. Younger kids enjoy it with a grown-up reading; older kids love the puzzles and collectibles.
How do I give it as a gift?
Give Ocean Explorer Mail as a gift to a special Junior Explorer by selecting a 6-month or 12-month GIFT subscription option – these will not renew at the end of their term, so there are no surprise
charges. You can also send a printable gift announcement to the recipient so
they know what’s coming. Visit the Subscriptions page to for these options.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE within Australia. We charge an additional AUD $2.00 flat fee per delivery for all international orders.
When will the letter arrive?
We ship letters monthly and do everything we can to get them to your Junior Explorer quickly. Delivery time depends on the destination country—snail mail typically takes 1–4 weeks. For more information see our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid renewal, you must cancel before your next billing date. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused portions of a billing cycle once a payment has been processed. See our Terms of Service.
How is the artwork created?
All the illustrations are original artwork created by me! I draw everything by hand (digitally) on my tablet and then integrate into the layouts of the letter pack materials, which I also do manually (no AI designs here).
