Refund policy

If you have purchased a 6-month or 12-month subscription and feel that the product isn't the right fit for your family after the first few deliveries, then you can cancel your subscription and receive a partial refund. You must notify us of the cancellation and refund request within the first 3 months of your purchase. We do not offer refunds for month-to-month subscriptions payments that have already been processed.
